Refund policy

K.H.L DESIGNS&CO will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged. we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, we will happily replace them or offer a refund. please contact us at within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess damage on a case-by-case basis. We will provide you instructions on how to return the item to us.
